1. This survey is administered annually and seeks information about your firm for the sole purpose of creating key performance indicators (KPIs). All information will be kept strictly confidential and anonymised.

3. KPIs are tools used by construction firms to benchmark their companies or projects against the range of performance being achieved across the industry. The information can help firms identify strengths and weaknesses and assist them in employing a strategy of continuous improvement.
4. KPIs enable construction industry organisations and the Government to measure the industry's improvement over time by comparing performance year on year.
5. This is a voluntary survey. All information collected from this survey will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be used only for the production of the KPIs and further analysis thereof. All information will be anonymised and combined with the information from many other companies prior to the production of the KPIs. No information from an individual contractor, consultant or subcontractor will be recognisable in the published KPIs.
