Vision Monday is actively seeking nominations for its inaugural 30 Under 30 issue. This feature will spotlight up-and-coming voices in the optical industry, who are already making their mark and changing the game.
Nominees will be accepted in the following categories:
C-Suite Achievers | Entrepreneurial Innovators | Industry Disruptors | Elevated Educators | On the Fast Track
To be considered, nominees must be no more than 29 years of age as of December 31, 2024.
Here are the descriptions of each category:
C-Suite Achievers: Candidates who hold leadership positions, such as senior-level executives or managers, chief officers, and directors, and lead their companies forward.Entrepreneurial Innovators: Candidates who pioneer new or creative ways of working, spearhead product ideation or company initiatives and drive tangible business efficiencies in the areas of manufacturing, technology, retail, marketing or vision care services.Industry Disruptors: Candidates who bring fresh ideas to the table and think outside the box in all sectors of the optical industry.Elevated Educators: Candidates who teach or mentor colleagues, students, peers or others in an effort to support educational accomplishments or further careers within the vision care and eyewear industry.On the Fast Track: Candidates who are on track to take on leadership or executive roles in patient care, education and business environments within optical early in their careers.
