Submitting this form is considered as an official application for the Forsah Technical and Vocational Education Training Program (Forsah TVET) in West Bank and East Jerusalem. To be considered eligible, the submitted form must include a signed letter of commitment by the institution’s director/ president. This application is subject to the selection committee evaluation; further requests or visits may be arranged to reach the final decision about an institution’s selection.
