11. Are you the head of household on your lease with housing?If the head of household is not able to participate, another adult member of the household can participate. However, the head of household will need to sign the enrollment documents.
12. Do you have income from work, or do you expect to have income from work in the next 5 years?
You do not have to be employed to enroll in the program. You or a member of your household must obtain employment within 5 years in order to successfully complete the program and to save in the FSS Savings Account. Employment can include self-employment, part-time or full-time work.
