Welcome to the Choose People Culture Survey!

This survey is based on over 1000 hours of research done in collaboration with the Industrial Organizational Psychology department at Colorado State University.  The purpose of this assessment is to measure "do you feel good about coming to work" and uncovers how you would score the emotional health of your workplace experience.  

This survey measures the 8 critical factors that came out of our research.  It will take you about 5-7 minutes to complete the survey.  After you complete the survey, you will receive a report of your personal workplace culture experience.
