City of Fort Collins Hauler Licensing

This application will require information about your hauling company, trucks, and service provided. You will need to upload a valid certificate of insurance and submit payment. License applications are due by November 30 for the coming year's license. 

Please note you must be up to date on your tonnage reporting forms (through June of this year) to receive a license.

In order to complete the licensing process, after finishing this form you will have to submit payment through the City of Fort Collins Sales Tax Online System. If you do not already have an account set up with this system STOP and set up an account here before proceeding. This will allow for faster processing and approval of your application.
