Request for a cleaning service

Victoria lockdown has been extended until 70 percent of Victorians are double vaccinated which is a forecast for 26 October.

As you are aware non-essential domestic cleaning services are not permitted in Melbourne.

We have confirmation from Business Victoria stating that if a customer can provide a genuine reason why they cannot clean the property on their own, their service will be considered as essential and we will be able to provide the cleaning service on their behalf (Household cleaning only for people with needs related to age, disability, illness, a chronic health condition or other medical reason).

If you are having a genuine reason that you are physically not able to clean your own property, please fill out the form below and we will organise your service.

Please note that at the time of the cleaning/maintenance service in your home there should be no more than 5 people present at the property including the cleaners (a team of 2 cleaners will be coming)!

Authorised workplaces and workers during lockdown:

       • electricity services; and 
       • operation of energy systems; and 
       • gas services; and 
       • water supply, sewerage and drainage services; and 
       • liquid fuels and refinery services; or

-  building and construction services; or

-  organisations that provide urgent services necessary for the health and safety of any person, animal or premises; or        
       • Example: the performance of emergency plumbing services, Centrelink services and food banks.

-  services related to property settlement or commencement/end-of-lease (including removalists); or ...;

- commercial cleaners;

- solo outdoor services where physical distancing can be maintained at all times. The following businesses with an ABN: 
Outdoor maintenance, repairs, cleaning and other building work, including at occupied premises.

Home solar panel installations (only for outdoor work or in roof cavities with external access).”
