Hemophilia Treatment Center Train-the-Trainer Baseline Survey

An online needs assessment survey was developed to assess knowledge of therapies, as well as questions that will help gather respondents’ perspectives on key system level factors which may hinder or help integration of new knowledge into clinical practice. The survey also captures the HTC of each respondent, allowing for both HTC and regional assessment of needs and gains that result in the activity.

This survey is an optional tool and trainers are encouraged to ask their teams to complete it, in order to help tailor content to their specific needs. It can also be used before and after a team training session, to serve as a baseline and follow-up assessment for gains in knowledge and confidence.
