Strategic Diagnostic Assessment

ECG’s strategic diagnostic tool is based on three key imperatives, each with three supporting dimensions and nine subdimensions, and a total of 54 assessment metrics. Four strategic enabler areas were also identified, each with several assessment metrics.

The assessment tool will take approximately seven minutes to complete. For each metric, rate your view on your organization’s standing for that point. The results will be tabulated by ECG and reported at the completion of the assessment by all scheduled participants. The finance/capital capacity strategic enabler is scored separately based on ECG’s Financial and Operational Health Index and information provided by the organization.

Metrics are rated on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 = Low, 5 = High, DK = Don’t Know, and N/A = Not Applicable.

Your individual responses are confidential. We will tabulate responses by position to determine if there are gaps in the perception of the organization’s strategic position.
