Overview
Established in 2015, Alliance and its daughter organization Healthy Alliance IPA, collaborate with community partners to address social needs before they turn into costly, medical problems. With more than 100 partners in New York’s Tech Valley and Capital Region, Alliance prioritizes building health equity for all.

Healthy Alliance IPA is growing, and with that growth comes greater need for data and technology infrastructure advancements and scalable processes. Our business depends on quality information flow, incoming and outgoing, between various partners and customers. The objective of this RFP is to find an interested party (or parties) that has the skill and experience to both understand and expand on our vision. We are focused on understanding the impact of social, behavioral, and physical interventions on a person’s health.

Current State
Azure – SQL server based data warehouse
Tableau – presentation layer
Program data in .csv files (ETLs) – download is manual
External data (community partners + health plans) – excel format (no integration but many custom ETLs involved)
HIE data – accessed on the server
Quickbase – tables to support tracking of data and payments

Alliance will respond to submissions by July 22nd.
