Notification of Overseas Travel

Please know that you must have a valid F-1 visa to re-enter the United States. Without a valid F-1 visa, your entry will be denied. Please email iso@cbts.edu if you have any questions.

미국으로 재입국하기 위해서는 유효한 F-1 비자가 있어야 합니다. 유효한 F-1 비자가 없는 경우, 미국 입국이 거부됨을 기억하십시오. 궁금한 사항이 있으신 경우, iso@cbts.edu로 질문하십시오.

This form is for international students (F-1 visa holders) to alert the school of overseas travel. A travel acknowledgement and approval letter will be sent out to the student via email.
