Conflict of Interest Declaration Form

Conflicts of interest occur if our personal, social, financial or political activities could interfere with our loyalty to Brink’s. Even the appearance of a conflict can have negative effects. Type of conflicts are listed below:
  • Personal Relationships: Family members, friends, romantic or business partners that may influence or appear to influence decisions (including employees with a personal relationship within their reporting line, with a vendor, supplier, customer or competitor).
  • Positions Outside of Brink’s: Holding a second job or consulting with a vendor, supplier, customer or competitor (e.g.: moonlighting) can influence or affect an employee’s role at Brink’s. Also serving as an officer, director or board member of an organization (for profit or not) could also create or appear to create a conflict of interest.
  • Business Opportunities: Pursuing opportunities related to Brink’s existing or potential business could lead to an employee acting against Brink’s best interests.
  • Financial Investments: Financial investments involving employees, vendors, suppliers, customers or competitors could create or appear to create a conflict of interest, impacting an employee’s ability to carry out their job at Brink’s based on the Company’s best interest.
  • Other: anything that does not fall into the categories above.
You must notify the Brink’s Ethics & Compliance Group of any potential conflict of interest by completing this form.
