Non-essential retail
- 50% of capacity
Restaurants, breweries, beverage services
- Limited to takeout and curbside (continued limitation)
- If the business already has an outdoor seating permit - will allow service at 50% capacity outdoors.
- The County has an expanded outdoor dining area permit application available here >>>
- Indoor dining occupancy must be limited to no more than 50% of the lowest occupancy load on the certificate of occupancy, if applicable while maintaining a minimum of six feet of physical distancing between all individuals as much as possible.
