Please do not return back to work until you have heard from someone in HR/People and Culture team. Due to the ongoing and rapidly changing situation with COVID-19, we are requiring all employees of Triple E Canada Limited who have been ill, who have been asked to self-isolate or planning to return after temporary layoff to fill-out the self-declaration form below prior to returning to work. Triple E Canada Limited will make a decision on access to the workplace based on the answers provided below.
