Welcome to the Expo East 2020 Booth Approval Form!

Please only submit this form once. You must have an image or diagram of the entire  booth layout, this can be a photograph, drawing or schematic. Submissions without an image(s) will be considered incomplete and will be deleted. 

The deadline for submissions is Friday, July 31, 2020 at midnight EST

11. Does the booth utilize any flammable materials? i.e. wood, fabric, hay/straw, moss, fake plants etc. *This question is required.
Have the flammable items in the booth been treated to be fire resistant or been constructed of flame resistant materials? *This question is required.
12. Will you be exhibiting any products that contain cannabinoids (e.g. CBD)? *This question is required.
13. Does the booth contain any compressed gas containers? *This question is required.
14. Will you have a vehicle or trailer in your booth space? *This question is required.
15. Will you have audio or music demonstrations in the booth space?

Exhibitors sampling any Food/Beverage products are required to submit the Aramark Authorization Request Form and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Aramark in advance of the show. These forms can be located in the Exhibitor Service Kit (ESK) [INSERT LINK].
