Thank you for your participation in Ethisphere’s Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) Survey on Risk Assessment Practices.
Ethisphere developed this questionnaire with the assistance of BELA members to gather information on the current practices of the community around this important issue.
The data gathered as part of this survey will be anonymized and used to generate insights for you and the broader BELA community, to provide you with ideas on how to continue evolving your own risk assessment process. For the first time, we’re also going to be facilitating roundtable conversations around the results; our hope right now is to convene a conversation at the Global Ethics Summit, but we will also be including some opportunities for virtual dialogue as we refine the feedback.
The survey contains approximately 40 questions, depending on the skip logic your answers might trigger, and should take approximately 12-15 minutes to complete.
