Understanding and supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace is increasingly a priority for many New Zealand and Australian organisations.
Cogo invites you to take this short survey about your experience of health and wellbeing in the workplace, so that we can provide employers with valuable insights into how they can improve the support they offer their people and create a healthier workplace environment. We are hoping to hear from people who are either currently in paid or volunteer work, or who have been in paid or volunteer work in the past six months.
The Workplace Wellbeing Survey is completely anonymous.
Cogo has developed the Workplace Wellbeing Survey as an independent research programme and we do not collect any identifying information.
You will be asked to select the type of work you do, but you will not be asked to disclose your place of work. Your response will be combined with those of other respondents with the same occupation. Cogo is compliant with GDPR security protocols for the collection and processing of personal data.
To thank you for your time, at the end of the survey you will be invited to enter into a prize draw to win one of six $150 Visa gift cards: three for New Zealand respondents and three for Australian respondents. If you wish to be included in the draw, you will need to provide your email address or mobile number. Please note that the contact details you give us will not be linked to your survey answers and will be used only to get in touch if you are one of the six winners. All records will be destroyed after the prize draw has taken place on Friday, July 10th, 2020.
Your participation in this research is voluntary and you may choose to remove yourself at any time by exiting the survey before submitting your response.
