Thank you for your interest in the Savvas Learning Company enVision Mathematics Summative Field Study for Grades 6 and 7!

The purpose of this survey is to obtain information about your school to help us determine whether your school is a good fit for the study. At this point, you should have a good understanding of the study requirements and pre-approval from your district & school administrator(s) and potential study teachers to be considered for the study. If you have any questions regarding the study or survey, please first call us at (800) 674-9676. Upon completion of the survey, we will schedule a follow-up call to ask some additional questions, obtain clarification on your responses if needed, and answer any questions you may have.
