7. To sustain a well-run school food service program there are many tasks that must be completed. These tasks require staff with the following skills: culinary, financial, administrative and managerial. Depending on your student enrollment and program vision this could require anywhere from a handful of staff to a full department. What type of staffing do you think you will need?
