Thank you for participating in this short CWA survey. Your responses will remain anonymous. With your help, together we can improve safety and working conditions for airport agents. The important information you provide will help document health and safety problems at Piedmont stations and be used to support our fight for health & safety, our advocacy in Congress, and more effective health and safety committees.
If you want to get involved in your union’s efforts to improve working conditions, please provide your name and contact information at the end of the survey. If you choose to provide your contact info, we will not share your responses publicly or with the company.
Note: Passenger rage is a serious concern facing agents. Passenger rage can include passenger verbal abuse (e.g. yelling, cursing, or threatening), physical threats (e.g. blocking an agent, getting in an agent’s face, making a threatening gesture), or physical assault (e.g. throwing something at an agent, spitting, pushing, punching, grabbing, use of a weapon).
