As part of your participation, we are asking you to complete demographic information about yourself. The information you provide will be used in technical reports and held in confidence. The reason we are collecting information about you is to ensure and record that a valid and fair method and process was used when developing this credential, especially when selecting and using qualified subject matter experts like yourself.
