2019 Misclassification Survey

Our Survey

As New York, New Jersey, and several other states debate misclassification legislation similar to the AB5 law passed in California, we are advocating for the rights of freelancers.

We want to understand where our members stand on the issue, and investigate the impact classification laws may have on accessing freelance work opportunities.
