ON JUNE 12, 2019, THE DURANGO-LA PLATA PLANNING AND ACTION TEAM ON HOMELESSNESS (PATH) CONSIDERED WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT THIS END OF THIS STRATEGIC PLANNING PROJECT. NOW WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT OTHERS THINK.
