Many lawmakers do not fully understand the commitment employers have made to their workers' financial well-being in advance of retirement. As with our
health benefit innovations initiative, the Council is collecting profiles of companies' retirement and financial wellness innovations to demonstrate the broad range of creative solutions employers have developed to improve outcomes for their employees.
Such initiatives include (but are not limited to): automatic plan designs or other features leveraging behavioral economics, student loan repayment programs, credit management services, financial education programs, unique match or other contribution designs and modern technology platforms.
