Thank you for your interest in becoming a LEAD Certified Educator. This application is intended to help us learn about your skills and experiences that have best prepared you for this certification.  Please be as detailed as possible. We recognize that you may have very extensive experience so please provide selective information that you feel is most relevant. There will be further opportunity to discuss your experience in person. 

Please refer to our LEAD Certification Program info page as a reference for the requirements in this application. Additionally, you will find links to each LEAD Standard. It is a requirement that all applicants have read and understand the standard for which they are applying.

  • Be sure that your resume and experience reflects the skills for the certifications you have selected.
