Intro about Survey:
We are inviting you to participate in an anonymous survey about the use of cannabis/marijuana, CBD/THC or CBD containing products for treating children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This survey is being conducted by Prof. James Adams, Ph.D., at Arizona State University. The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Participation in this survey is voluntary. You may skip any questions you do not want to answer. Your participation will be completely anonymous.
