TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By completing the form and agreeing to participate in this Callaway Community, as acknowledged by you by accepting the terms and conditions where indicated below, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:
  • All determinations of whether or not you are selected to demo a Callaway product(s) will be determined by Callaway Community Administrators, in their sole and absolute discretion and all such decisions are binding in all matters. 
     
  • If selected you must complete the testing and write the review of the bag within 14 days of receipt.
 
  • You are not an employee or otherwise affiliated with any competing golf manufacturer or golf club review media outlet. 
     
  • If selected, you will complete a comprehensive product review sheet supplied by Callaway Golf in the timeframe listed above.
     
  • You hereby grant Callaway an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly perform, and otherwise use the review in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without any additional consideration to you.
     
  • If selected, your review may be posted on the Callaway Community, the Callaway Golf website, Ogio Websitem, social channels, product pages, or any other Ogio channel deemed appropriate by the Callaway Community Administrators. 
     
  • You agree not to use any offensive, lewd, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate language and photography in your review.
     
  • If selected, submission of your review is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Callaway under any obligation, that Callaway is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the review on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your review, Callaway does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Callaway, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. 
     
  • You represent and warrant that all information disclosed in the above registration form and in your review is honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • Your review is not to be published by you anywhere other than the Callaway Community (including, but not limited to: personal blog, other golf club review websites and forums, social channels), without the express written permission of Callaway.
