Application for Reserved Parking Permit at the Northgate Station Garage

Sound Transit is offering reserved parking permits for people driving alone or by carpool to the Northgate Station Garage. To be eligible to apply for a Solo Driver Parking Permit ($120/ month), or an ORCA Lift reduced price Solo Driver Parking Permit ($40 / month), transit riders must reside within the Sound Transit District Boundaries, have an ORCA transit fare card, or an ORCA Lift reduced fare card, and commit to riding buses from Northgate Transit Center at least 12 days per month. Carpool parking permits are available free of charge to applicants who commit to sharing rides to and riding transit from the Northgate Transit Center at least 12 days per month.

To apply for a parking permit in person, please visit the Republic Parking NW office at 200 West Mercer St., Suite 103, Seattle, WA 98119 (open M-F: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.).

Reduced Cost Transit Fares and Parking Permits for ORCA Lift Qualified Riders

Sound Transit is offering a reduced cost parking permit for commuters who use an ORCA Lift reduced fare transit card. With an ORCA Lift card, income-qualified riders can save up to 50% or more on transit fares for service operated by Sound Transit, King County Metro (buses), Kitsap Transit (buses), the King County Water Taxi, and the Seattle Streetcar. ORCA Lift qualified riders will also receive a discounted rate of $40 per month for Solo Driver Parking Permits for the Northgate Station Garage.
