[About Citypreneurs]
Urban Innovation Challenge, also known as "Citypreneurs" is a young SDGs start-up competition in Seoul for prospective entrepreneurs from around the world interested in solving urban issues in Seoul and achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
도시혁신챌린지 Urban Innovation Challenge: Citypreneurs는 유엔 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)의 효과적인 이행과 서울시 도시문제 해결을 목적으로 한 청년 창업경진대회입니다.
Participants will apply to participate in two distinct tracks: The Seed Track and the Growth track. The Seed Track designed for early stage start-ups looking for validation of their ventures. These start-ups have much more flexibility to focus on urban issues specifically identified by partnering Seoul City agencies. Start-ups of three or more years and market-tested prototypes will participate and pitch on the Growth track.
지원팀들은 Seed Track과 Growth Track 중 한가지를 선택하여 대회에 참가하게됩니다. Seed Track은 신생 스타트업의 아이디어 경진 대회로 서울시 관련 기관이 제시하는 도시 문제 해결을 목적으로 하며, Growth Track은 창업 3년 이상의 스타트업팀이 투자자를 대상으로 피칭을 하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
All chosen Citypreneur teams will fall under one of the following three themes: (1) green energy, (2) urban mobility, and (3) social protection.
2018 Citypreneurs 선정팀들은 그린에너지, 도시모빌리티, 사회안전의 세가지 주제 중 한가지를 선택하여 대회에 참여하게됩니다.
