We are pleased to invite proposals to participate in the programme for the 8th World Summit on Arts and Culture, which will explore the theme
Mobile Minds: Culture, Knowledge and Change. The Summit programme will use a range of session formats to encourage interaction between delegates and we seek participants for a range of roles: from panellists and provocateurs, to presenters and facilitators.
The Summit will focus on the intersection and confluence - from both traditional and contemporary viewpoints - between knowledge, culture, artistic practice, creative spaces, innovation and the digital revolution. We welcome submissions from policy makers, academics, government representatives, cultural and community leaders, practitioners, and professionals working in the fields of arts, culture, creative and cultural industries, as well as other sectors.
Applications may be submitted in English,
Spanish or
