Thanks for your interest in becoming an Evolve Photography Partner!

Evolve Vacation Rental is a national vacation rental management company looking for experienced photographers.

Our contract photographers help us with interior and exterior photos of vacation rentals. We showcase these photos on the Evolve website, as well as on our partner sites: HomeAway, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and FlipKey.

As a contract photographer at Evolve, you are responsible for transportation to the property, taking photos that follow Evolve’s standards, uploading them to our servers, and giving us your feedback on the property. We handle all of the post-production in-house, so no editing on your part is necessary. If we're pleased with the results of your first photoshoot, then we’ll continue to bring you business from the vacation rentals in your area.

More details on our process and requirements will be provided if we find that you would make a good fit as an Evolve partner photographer.

Job Requirements:

Samples of past real estate or architectural photography work. If you don't have any, please provide a portfolio of other work
Own and proficiently operate the equipment listed below
Complete an abbreviated test shoot

Equipment Requirements:

DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 exposures in AEB mode (full frame is highly preferred)

Ultra wide angle lens (14-16mm on full frame camera. 10-11mm on a crop sensor camera)
Tripod
Remote trigger or cable release (optional but strongly recommended)
Laptop (Mac or PC)
Reliable Internet connection

Compensation is determined by property square footage.

As an Evolve Photographer, you will be required to submit original, unedited JPG images for the properties you shoot so that our in-house team of experts can edit the photos to Evolve's standards.
