50+ Cycling Survey

Cycling Past 50 Survey

Thank you for agreeing to take this survey and help us learn more about people 50+ who cycle. There are three parts to the survey.  We ask that you complete the first part, then decide if you want to continue.

Part 1 - Basic information about you and your cycling history, habits, and future.
Part 2 - Information about the types of bicycle facilities you feel comfortable using when you cycle. There are photos to showing various facilities.
Part 3 - Journal at least two cycling trips you make during the next month. If you agree, there is a link to an online journal to complete. You can do this either after your ride (on your home computer or tablet) or while cycling (on your smart phone).  Use this link to journal your cycling trip: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/4007108/Active-Seniors-Cycling-Survey-Journal
We encourage you to bookmark this link so it is easy to get to.

We'll have one final request: Will you agree to retake the survey in about a year? If so, we'll be in touch to arrange this.
