This is a Cultural Diversity Survey.

10. I discourage individuals when they use racial and ethnic slurs or engage in behaviors that show cultural insensitivity or prejudice. When I intervene, I help them understand that this behavior can hurt others.
11. I encourage the Agency's goal to incorporate and promote cultural diversity and cultural competence.
