Minimum Order Quantities:

Custom Golf Balls: 12 boxes (144 golf balls). Each box contains 4 sleeves of three golf balls.
Custom TRUVIS Golf Balls: 48 boxes (576 golf balls). Each box contains 4 sleeves of three golf balls.
Custom Bags: 1 unit ($150 embroidery setup fee)
Custom Putters: 6 units
Custom Hats: 12 units ($75 embroidery setup fee)
Custom Gloves: 48 units ($50 setup fee)
Custom Headcovers: 12 units ($75 embroidery setup fee)

Pre-Production Proof:
We will generate a proof (representative image) of your artwork prior to production. Nothing goes to production until you approve the proof.

Logo Artwork:
Please upload a copy of your logo artwork by selecting the 'Browse' button below. We require a high resolution image of at least 300 dpi and an image size of 4” x 4” is preferred.
