Introduction:
The CSUEU 2014-2017 contract provides for a meet & confer with the Office of the Chancellor to explore the feasibility of a single, systemwide performance evaluation form for CSUEU-represented employees. There are as many different forms as there are campuses, and they range from adequate to terrible. The Bargaining Team feels that it is important to have consistency in evaluations before any discussion of merit-based raises could occur in future bargaining cycles.
The Bargaining Team has met once so far with the CSU, and had a productive discussion about creating an effective systemwide form. But we need your help, please.
Your participation is very important. We need to know what you experience and how you feel about annual performance evaluations and your campus' current performance evaluation form. Your answers are anonymous, unless you ask us to contact us on the last page of the survey.
