Directions: This survey is designed to find out about you and your experiences after completing the Bridge Semester. Please answer the questions as honestly as you can, as it will help us to improve the program and make sure it meets the needs of every student. The survey should take you about 30-40 minutes to complete. Your responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only. The results will never be presented in any way that would permit any answer to be linked to a specific individual.
