Short film for young people about Family Law proceedings

1. The film we are developing is about giving young people whose parents are separating some information about the family law courts and other processes (e.g. mediation) that parents may get involved in when they separate. Based on your experience, what kind of information do you think young people would find useful (e.g. how the family law courts work; who does what in court; what mediation is)?

2. The film we are making is for young people (age around 13-15 years) whose parents are separating or have separated. Based on your experience, what are the most important and most helpful messages to include in the film (e.g. ‘this happens to many young people’; ‘it is not your fault’)?
