Bleeding Disorders Screener

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Bleeding Disorders Virtual Listening Sessions hosted by the National Hemophilia Foundation! The purpose of these Listening Sessions is primarily to better understand the experiences and unmet needs of those diagnosed with and/or caring for someone diagnosed with an inherited bleeding disorder to help shape national priorities for research. Participation in a Listening Session is voluntary, and it involves attending two (2-hour) virtual meetings, participants will be compensated for their time.

Please complete this brief survey, be assured that your responses will only be used to determine whether you are able to participate in a Listening Session and to contact you in order to coordinate your participation. All identities and individual responses from this survey will remain confidential and will not be shared.
