Thank you in advance for your valued participation in SV2’s All-Partner Survey!
It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous, unless you choose to offer your name at the end of the survey. The results will only be reported on an aggregate basis. Each individual Partner in a household will ideally fill out the survey so we can benefit from as many voices as possible across our SV2 community.
