Think Feel Know Indicator

The Think Feel Know Indicator is a simple questionnaire which provides an insight into your preferred or default approach to understanding, and engaging with, the world around you.

When it comes to processing information people tend to fall into three main groupings:

• Thinkers will pay most attention to data
• Feelers will pay most attention to energy
• Knowers will pay most attention to their intuition.

No style is any better than any other and most people are, to a greater or lesser extend, a mix of all three. Nevertheless, understanding which style you are biased towards can be extremely useful. For example, simply knowing that you tend to default to one style can raise your awareness of alternative viewpoints that may otherwise have remained unexamined. Another powerful insight that has emerged from years of applying this indicator is that individuals with one TFK preference will tend to have predictable challenges in working and communicating with individuals with different preferences.

Your results from the TFK Indicator will show you which style is your Primary (your preferred or default style), which is your Secondary and which is your Other. Your results will appear as soon as you complete the survey but we'll also email them to you along with some guidance on how this information can be useful to you in daily life.
