Updated Survey on Effects of Proposed Changes to Public Charge/Immigrant Access to WIC

NWA needs to know the extent to which the the actions of our current administration are creating a culture of fear in WIC. Please help NWA accurately document the harm created by these proposals so that we can provide policymakers and other stakeholders with a firsthand account of the infants, children, and mothers being deprived of crucial health and nutrition services.

5. Have you noticed any changes in your agency or clinic as a result of the leaked NPRM and other actions and rhetoric from the administration targeting immigrants? If you have noticed changes, please describe below in specific detail. These could include: Expressions of fear from participants; cancelled appointments and no-shows; participants asking if they need to return WIC benefits; and any other changes you have experienced.
