By submitting your application, you represent and warrant that the information submitted above are true, accurate and complete, and that you agree to comply and be bound by the
Belt and Road Summit (“the summit”) terms and conditions stipulated. You agree that your company information will be automatically delisted and removed from the summit website and the summit-related publications immediately if it is found that any of the submitted information is or at any time becomes untrue or inaccurate, or any terms and conditions applicable to your registration or use of the website is breached or alleged to be breached. You agree that the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”) can use the information submitted by you from time to time for marketing, promotional, research and statistical purposes and internal administration. The HKTDC may incorporate your data in its database and use such data for purposes as stated in its Privacy Policy Statement (available at http://www.hktdc.com/mis/pps/en). The Organiser may also share the information with third parties in connection with the operation of the summit or with any other persons interested. You agree to fully indemnify and hold the Organiser and its officers, employees or agents harmless from and against any loss, liability, damages, claims, actions, costs or expenses (including without limitation legal fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising from including without limitation any inaccuracies, incompleteness, errors in, or omissions from, any of the information submitted, and any misleading information provided or misrepresentations made to any third parties.
本人陈述及保证，以上所提交的资料均属真实、准确及完整，及明白将遵守一带一路高峰论坛(「论坛」)的条款及细则。本人明白如申请表格上提供的公司/机构和业务资料与事实不符，或违反或涉嫌违反申请及网页使用条文，本公司资料将会被即时从论坛网页和论坛相关刊物移除。本人同意香港贸易发展局(「香港贸发局」)可将本人提交的申请资料作直接促销﹑内部行政﹑市场推广﹑宣传﹑研究及统计之用，并可能将资料交与协助论坛运作的第三方或其他有关人士。香港贸发局可使用本人的资料及将该等资料编入其资料库内，以作香港贸发局在其私隐政策声明(网页http://www.hktdc.com/mis/pps/sc/私隐政策声明.html)内所述的用途。对于因为(包括但不限于)所提供的任何资料有任何不准确、不完整、错误或遗漏，以及向任何第三方所提供的任何具误导性资料或所作出的任何失实陈述，或由此而引致由任何第三方所蒙受或提出的任何损失、法律责任、损害赔偿、申索、诉讼、费用或开支(包括但不限于法律费用)，本人同意对主办单位、其职员、雇员或代理人作出充分弥偿并使他们免受损害。

- The information submitted will not be independently verified by the summit Organiser. The summit Organiser does not take responsibility for such information and endorse the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, timeliness, reasonableness or any other aspects of the information submitted.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the summit Organiser shall not be liable for any and all liability arising out of including without limitation any inaccuracies, incompleteness, errors in, or omissions from, the information submitted nor any representations or misrepresentations contained therein. The summit Organiser shall not be liable for any loss of data, removal of information, or for any claim, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) resulting from the removal of your profile or other content of the profile from the summit website and summit-related publications.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
