Enterprise RPA Adoption Survey

Introduction
Everest Group has designed this survey to gain an understanding of your organization’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) adoption story, including the capabilities you developed and the resulting impact RPA has had on your organization. We will use your responses to assess enterprise RPA adoption across enterprises on our proprietary Pinnacle Model^TM. Given the increasing importance of RPA/automation in today’s digitally disrupted world, we believe this survey will provide tactical and strategic inputs to organizations desiring to be leaders in leveraging this technology.

We value your opinion and are committed to the confidentiality of your responses. We will only use your responses for aggregated analyses and will not disclose your answers or your identity in any form to any individual or organization, or publicly.

Survey time and access
The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, please click on “Save and Continue” button at the top of the survey screen. You will receive an email with a unique link to finish the survey. When you are ready to continue, you can click on the original link in the email and the survey will resume where you left off last. What is in it for me?
For completing the survey, you will receive a summary analysis of survey results 6 to 8 weeks after survey has been closed.
