Introduction to Caregiving- Your Self Assessment
One in six working adults provides care for sick or aging family members or friends. Many employers have put in place benefits and policies designed to make the work/caregiving balance easier to manage -- and to support employee caregivers in maintaining their health and productivity.
Specific benefits and policies combined can make a workplace "caregiving friendly." Results and analysis from this survey will fill a large gap in current knowledge of existing employer resources and general attitudes towards "caregiving-friendly" policies.
Aggregated results will be reported back to respondents so you can see where you stack up against other employers!
This survey has been developed by Northeast Business Group on Health (NEBGH) with funding and partnership from AARP.
