Questionnaire Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the Folsom Howard Streetscape Project Open Houses on April 27th, 2017 and April 29, 2017. This questionnaire was available at both sessions of the open house and we invite you to fill out an electronic copy if you were unable to attend in person.

Your input will help the project team a project alternative which we will then bring back to the community.
