Greetings from the Expo West Team,
Affiliate groups are now eligible to book space for Natural Products Expo West taking place March 7-11, 2018. We have a few key policies in place to help us protect the integrity of our event and to protect the interests of our clients. Please review these policies listed below.
Affiliate Meeting Request Policies
- Natural Products Expo West affiliates may not schedule functions during trade show hours or special events.
- New Hope Network reserves the right to enforce all rules, regulations and policies. Non-compliance may result in loss of priority points and cause removal of an exhibit during the trade show or may hinder attendance of future trade shows.
- Exceptions to these policies are rarely granted and if so they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Exceptions granted during previous years are continually up for review and should not be considered grandfathered in.
