We know learners vary in how they build background, demonstrate understanding, and engage in learning experiences. Similarly, schools and systems are variable, including how they integrate Universal Design for Learning. Join CAST in a conversation with three K-12 districts from different parts of the United States as they share their UDL implementation stories. What was a driving need for their school? How has UDL had an impact, especially for underserved learners? What systems and structures supported their work? How does the research behind the UDL guidelines come to life beyond a single classroom to become part of the culture of a school and a district? Districts include Sanger, CA, Columbus, IN, and Revere, MA.
