Good day! I am a senior student of University of Santo Tomas from the College of Architecture. I'm conducting a research for my thesis entitled "SineBalai: The National Film Center of the Philippines", a new proposed Film Center for our country capturing the conservation, rehabilitation and promotion of local motion picture in our country.
This survey aims to determine the effect of the proposed project and collate information about the pulse of the people regarding the use of the establishment especially to the student up to a Filipino individual within the community.
