Focus Roy: Community Survey

Welcome to the Focus Roy Community Survey!

This survey is based on polling questions that were asked of attendees at the public workshop on January 25, 2017 for the Focus Roy project. Many people attended the workshop, but we want to get input from even more community members -- including you! The survey includes 10 questions and should only take 5-10 minutes.

You do not have to live, work, or own property in the immediate Roy area to take the survey. All are welcome to participate. Thank you!

The Focus Roy Project covers two areas within the City of Roy - the Station Area, which includes the Roy FrontRunner Station and surrounding area, as well as the stretch of 1900 W that is considered Roy's downtown. This project is exploring how best to accommodate expected growth in Roy through community supported opportunities for new development and roadway improvements. Please share your ideas!!
1. What is your connection to the area?
2. Utah and Roy are growing fast. Where should Roy's future growth be focused?
3. AGREE OR DISAGREE: 1900 W is safe for people walking to businesses, schools and transit today.
4. AGREE OR DISAGREE: I would like to see better sidewalks, bike routes and more crossings to improve safety along 1900 W
5. Roy is expected to grow quickly in coming years and needs a wider range of housing types for young professionals, families and seniors.  What style of HOUSING do you think is most appropriate to accommodate future residents around the Front Runner station and within Roy’s downtown area? Please select one of the following images.
6. If you could choose ONE, what kind of new BUSINESS development would you like to see in Roy? Please select one of the following images.
7. How did you find out about this project?
8. How old are you?
9. What is your gender?
10. Do you consider yourself...
