The Garrison Hill Community Survey

Introduction

Purpose

The purpose of this study is: 
  1. To gather residential demographic data within the Garrison Hill,
  2. To gauge Garrison Hill residents' level of satisfaction with their community and
  3. To help the Garrison Hill Board of Directors determine what areas to focus upon to better serve our community.

Procedures:
If you agree to be in this study, you will be asked to do the following: respond to a 43-item survey, either online or complete the enclosed paper survey. We ask that you answer each question to the best of your ability and be honest. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.


Risks and benefits of being in the study:
There is no degree of risk associated with participation in this study. There are no compensatory benefits for participating in this study.


Compensation:
You WILL NOT be compensated for your time and participation in this study. Voluntary nature of the study: Participation in this study is voluntary. Your decision whether or not to participate will not result in penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. While we encourage you to finish the survey in it's entirety, you are free to not answer any question or withdraw at any time.


Confidentiality:
The records of this study will be kept private. In published reports, there will be no information included that will make it possible to identify you as a research participant.
